REGISTERATION OF BUSINESS

What is business?

Business include any kind of tread, trading, crafting, job, profession, or others activities that been held for the important to getting profits, but not include any job position or studies or any charity party or any jobs that had been declared in table. Type of business that can be register below the Registration of Business Act’s 1956 are:

1. Sole Proprietorships – a business that fully own by 1 owner.
2. Partnerships – a business that been own by 2 or not exceed 20 partners.

REQUIREMENT

1. Malaysian Citizen and Resident holder age above 18 years old can register a business.
2. Register the business not late than 30 days before the date starting the business.
3. The business that will be register not exceed the law.
4. Upfront special classification like permit, license, approval letter or support when register a business that need a special approval.
5. Include also the below documents:
- a copy of Identification Card
- a copy of Partnership contract (if got)
- a copy of Permit, license, approval letter or support from other agency (if got)
